Scream VI (2023)
I watched this opening weekend at Rooftop Cinema Club. I don’t think I’ll ever stop watching this franchise. No matter how ridiculous the plots continue to get.
The Gift (2000)
Despite the all star cast, this movie is extremely slept on. The plot includes murder, mystery, and betrayal. Grab your wine and put on your detective hat for this movie.
The Good Son (1993)
Insidious (2010)
I can’t wait to watch the newest Insidious movie in theaters.
The Craft (1996)
Can we just take a moment of silence for how far we have come with special effects? Another teen movie about witches; enjoy. On the off chance you prefer remakes, here’s the latest version of “The Craft” that was released in 2020.
Mystery Movies Worth The Watch
Gothika (2003)
If you enjoy watching scary movies with unexpected plots, you’ll love this movie. I can’t believe this movie is twenty years old now. I wouldn’t mind seeing Iron Man and Catwoman in a movie together again.
I See You (2019)
I did not watch the trailer the first time I watched this movie. The plot is full of twists and you never really know what will be revealed next.
The Black Phone (2021)
Mystic River (2003)
If you’ve never seen this Clint Eastwood directed classic, you should. This movie will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end. Trigger warning for extreme violence.
Stir of Echoes (1999)
It has plot twists and Kevin Bacon. What more do you need to know? Let me know what you think of this movie.

I believe I’ve now watched this movie at least four times. Every time I watch it I notice something different. This is easily one of the weirdest yet horrifying scary movies I’ve ever watched.

I envy anyone that gets to experience this movie for the first time in 2023. I will never forget the amount of audible gasps in the theater the night I saw watched. “Get Out.”

I’ve never heard of this. I just watched the trailer on Youtube and yeah I’m adding this to my Letterbox’d now. The trailer was so scary I had to google to make sure it was fiction. Very Blair Witch Project vibes.
